PSYCHOTHERAPIST:
Current vacancy for part-time Psychotherapist in comprehensive behavioral healthcare facility In Columbiana County, Ohio for around 28 direct service hours per wk. (Pay for Performance) - also provide school-based education,prevention,screening, and intervention services to districts in Columbiana County. Some flexibility with schedule, M-F, days and/or evening hours.
Overview:
Provide direct service to clients and families providing individual, family, marital and/or group treatment for mental and emotional disorders at main and/or satellite office. May also provide consultation and education services to the community and/or staff on occasion.
Requirements:
Prefer:
Masters degree in mental health field with Ohio Independent licensure as LISW, PCC, Psychologist, or IMFT preferred; Minimum of non-independent Ohio licensure of LSW, PC, of MFT is required.
Ability to diagnose per current DSM criteria independently or with supervision; knowledge of interviewing methods; skills in psychotherapy/counseling in individual, group, family, crisis situations including knowledge of techniques to facilitate emotional growth and/or behavior change; capacity for collecting data and drawing clinical conclusions; ability to develop and implement individual service plans; ability to communicate clearly and accurately both verbally and in writing; ability to perform computer data entry; Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word preferred; Ability to establish and maintain appropriate therapeutic relationships with clients. Successful candidates should be organized and work well both independently and on a team in accordance with established policies and procedures. Ability to meet productivity expectations on a fiscal basis. Subject to criminal background, DMV and drug screen clearance checks. E.O.E.
