About the Members-Only OCA ListServ

NOTE: The OCA ListServ was updated on Feb 23, 2021 with a new address, refreshed list of subscribers, but with the same policy

and guidelines as before. Be sure to use the new email address: OCAMembers@listserv.kent.edu when sending a LisServ email to OCA Members.

The OCA listserv is a service for OCA members only that allows individuals to post questions, share resources and promote professional opportunities. Please note that the listserv is not moderated. but is monitored by our Executive Director, members are encouraged to be careful of what they chose to share in an open listserv forum.  Review the ListServ Policy below before sending your message.

How to Join

Follow the steps listed below to join the listserv. Please note: you will only be able to send and receive emails from the email address that you associate with the listserv. If you change email addresses in the future, you will need to rejoin the listserv with your new email address.

1. Visit the Listserv page to begin your registration
   
2. Enter your name and email address
   
3. You will receive a confirmation email to the address provided, click on the link to confirm
   
4. You are now part of the OCA ListServ and will receive emails as they are sent out by OCA or any ListServ member
   

How to Use

To send an email to the list, place the following address in the "to" line of your email: OCAMembers@listserv.kent.edu

Unsubscribe

Unsubscribe from the OCA ListServ by sending an email to LISTSERV@LISTSERV.KENT.EDU with SIGNOFF OCAMembers in the body of the message (not the subject, in the body)
