    We are currently hiring a LSW/LPC level clinician for our School-Based Behavioral Health Program. Thisposition will provide individual and family focused therapy to children and adolescents with mental healthconditions in a school-based, home, and community settings. The candidate should be familiar with trauma-informed care, as well as have familiarity with diagnoses including: Depression, Oppositional Defiant Disorder,ADHD, Bipolar Disorder and PTSD. This is a great opportunity to develop long-term relationships with clientsand see the results of your work.

    Essential Responsibilities (others may be assigned):

    Conduct thorough psychiatric diagnostic evaluations, including diagnoses, treatment planning and linkage,as needed to appropriate internal and external services, for referrals at assigned school(s)

    Develop client focused treatment plans and monitor for progress

    Provide therapy and other behavioral health services to at risk children and adolescents with mental healthdiagnoses

    Complete daily progress notes and other Medicaid documentation within proper timeframes

    Develop effective relationships to function as a member of an interdisciplinary team

    Partner with both internal and external treatment providers in implementing and evaluating the treatmentplan

    Education and Licensure:

    Bachelor’s Degree or higher

    LSW, LPC, MFT or similar

    Qualifications:

    Desire to with at-risk youth and families

    Skilled in using computer software applications such as Microsoft Office, and must have establishedinternet access

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Strong organizational and time management skills

    Must have a valid OH driver’s license with no more than 5 points

    Helpful Qualifications (but if you don’t have them, we will teach you!):

    Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience

    Experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy to youth and families

    Knowledge of community resources and experience and working within a school setting is helpful

    Experience with electronic medical records documentation such as progress notes, treatment plans andother necessary clinical documentation

    Ability to work effectively with diverse populations with complex psychiatric needs

    Clinical Competencies:

    Supportive of collaborative partnerships with assigned school(s) through consultation.

    The ability to engage clients and their families in meaningful intervention strategies, approaches andmodels, including but not limited to trauma-informed care.

    The ability to assess clinical safety (e.g. SAFE-T Protocol with C-SSRS; HB71, safety plans, etc.) and toexecute safety planning to lower risk.
