Preferred: Master’s degree in human services field  and active Ohio independent license of  LISW, LPCC, LIMFT, or Psychologist; or required minimum of Bachelor’s degree in same field and Ohio license as LSW, LPC, or LMFT.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Ability to perform computer entry required.  Knowledge of EHR and Microsoft Office (Word) preferred.  Candidates should be organized and work well both independently and on a team.  E.O.E.
