Navigating Together: Supervision for Resilience and Ethical Practice is a three-hour professional development workshop for counseling supervisors focused on ethical decision-making, risk management, and effective leadership in complex practice settings. Through interactive sessions and choice-based presentations, participants gain practical strategies for navigating regulatory changes, supporting supervisee development, and sustaining supervisory wellness.

Participants will choose 3 out of the 4 sessions to attend.

Approved by the Ohio Counseling Association,

Accepted by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board.

This program has been approved for 4 CE Clock Hours (3 supervision, 1 ethics) for

Counselors, Social Workers, and Marriage and Family Therapists.
