Let's Get Kinky-er: Couples and Kink-Developing an Awareness of Power & Control

Description: This webinar will focus on how kink practice functions in couples relationships through case examples and didactic processing. Specifically, how power and control dynamics function in both healthy and unhealthy ways will be addressed. 

Objectives:

1. Participants will define at least 4 characteristics of power and control dynamics that are relevant to work with dyadic systems in couples therapy. 

2. Participants will be able to identify at least 3 examples of healthy power and control dynamics.

3. Participants will be able to identify at least 3 examples of unhealthy power and control dynamics.

This program meets the requirements of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT) and is approved for 3 CE credits and is considered synchronous learning if in attendance to the live webinar. Participants will be expected to complete a post webinar evaluation. These CE credits may be applied toward AASECT certification and renewal of certification through the Sexuality Training Institute.
