Exploring Dreamwork in Group Counseling

This workshop introduces some of the major historical and contemporary theoretical conceptualizations of dreaming. It also provides practical guidance for counselors seeking to engage clients by exploring dreams within the group setting to promote enhanced problem-solving, well-being, and self-discovery.

Objectives:

  1. Participants will learn a brief history of dream work, including diverse cultural and theoretical perspectives
