This workshop will consider common legal, professional and ethical issues in couples therapy.  This interactive discussion will include a review of couples research and what it tells us about professional efficacy and effectiveness.  Ethical and legal considerations will include role changes, the appropriate use of no-secret policies, process for guest attending sessions, intimate partner violence and business practice. Several examples of documents will be shared that you can immediately use in your practice.
