The Leadership Development Institute (LDI) in association with the Ohio Counseling Association invites you to join in a day of exploring leadership within a cultural context. “Diversity within Leadership: Exploring Culture” encompasses experienced clinicians in the field presenting on the leader as a global citizen, the leader with cultural humility and the authentic leader. Join fellow colleagues for a day of interactive learning, professional transformation and personal development!

The OCA Leadership Committee (Laura Lewis, Chair) will once again host a leadership training program during the AOCC. Attend this FREE pre-con session to prepare yourself for a leadership position with the OCA!
