The Oaklander Therapy Model for Children & Adolescents

Gestalt Columbus is pleased to announce that we are hosting an incredible play therapy training July 25-27, 2019. Lynn Stadler with the Violet Solomon Oaklander Foundation in Santa Barbara, CA, will lead this three day series in Gestalt Play Therapy.

This interactive workshop allows participants a hands on experience as they learn the dynamic Oaklander Model of play therapy through demonstrations and direct work with clay, drawings, and projective cards.

The Oaklander Model is a Gestalt approach to play therapy. This highly creative and effective model prioritizes the therapist/client relationship and is focused on honoring the child’s process rather than interpreting behaviors.

For Counselors, Family Therapists, Social Workers, Psychologists, School Counselors and Staff working Clinically with Children and Adolescents.
