Learn the dangers of opiate use and be engaged in discussions on ways to prevent, intervene, and treat such addictions. Acquire techniques and skills to employ with clients who are addicted to opiates. Depart with resources on recovery to use with your clients.

Learn to use the ACA Ethical Decision-Making framework to apply ethical standards to complex case studies and vignettes. Engage in meaningful discussions among participants (professional "consultation" is a must in decision making!)
