    Current vacancy for Psychotherapist, FT-salaried with benefits or PT Pay for Performance, also considered.Some flexibility in scheduling, does include some evenings and possible week-end work.

    Overview: Based off-site of main agency, current service assignment is at a residential setting for male youth.  Services to include, but not limited to, assessment and counseling, as well as consultation to the residents and staff.

    Requirements: Current Ohio Licensure in social work, counseling, psychology, or MFT required; independent level preferred, but not required. Chemical dependency certification a plus, but not required.

    Ability to diagnose per current DSM criteria independently or with supervision; knowledge of interviewing methods; skills in psychotherapy/counseling in individual, group, family, crisis situations including knowledge of techniques to facilitate emotional growth and/or behavior change; capacity for collecting data and drawing clinical conclusions; ability to develop and implement individual service plans; ability to communicate clearly and accurately both verbally and in writing; ability to perform computer data entry; Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word preferred; Ability to establish and maintain appropriate therapeutic relationships with clients.  Successful candidates should be organized and work well both independently and on a team in accordance  with established policies and procedures. Ability to meet productivity expectations on a fiscal basis. Subject to criminal background, DMV, and drug screen clearance checks. E.O.E.
