    Current FT vacancy for Families Together Therapist, salaried with benefits, in a modern behavioral healthcare facility in Columbiana County, Ohio, with a comprehensive array of client services.  Some flexibility in scheduling.

    Overview:
    Based at main site office, with provision of off-site in-home therapeutic and community support services to children and families including assessment, treatment planning, coordination of services, monitoring, linking & referral, advocacy, support, education and crisis intervention including on-call coverage working as part of an intervention team.  Ability to travel.

    Requirements:
    Minimum of Masters degree in field of mental health, such as social work, counseling, psychology, human/family services with no experience required (or RN with minimum of two years paid experience with service population); LSW, PC, or RN required and active licensure in State of Ohio.  Prefer a Masters degree in social work, counseling, or psychology with one year paid experience with service population.; with LISW, PCC, licensed psychologist; or LICDC for AOD providers.

    Ability to diagnose per current DSM criteria independently or with supervision; knowledge of interviewing methods; skills in psychotherapy/counseling in individual, group, family, crisis situations including knowledge of techniques to facilitate emotional growth and/or behavior change; capacity for collecting data and drawing clinical conclusions; ability to develop and implement individual service plans; ability to communicate clearly and accurately both verbally and in writing; ability to perform computer data entry; Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word preferred; Ability to establish and maintain appropriate therapeutic relationships with clients.  Successful candidates should be organized and work well both independently and on a team in accordance  with established policies and procedures.   Ability to meet productivity expectations on a fiscal basis.   Subject to criminal background, DMV, and drug screen clearance checks.  E.O.E.
