AASECT Sexual Health Certificate Program

My name is Ashley Grinonneau-Denton and I'm a  PCC-S, IMFT-S/AAMFT Approved Supervisor, and AASECT Certified Sex Therapist and Sex Therapist Supervisor. I am the Co-Director of the Ohio Center for Relationship & Sexual Health in Cleveland, Ohio. 

I'm reaching out to introduce upcoming AASECT Approved sex therapy workshops and AASECT Sexual Health Certificate Program. I would encourage you to look at https://www.aasect.org/aasect-certified-sex-therapist-0 to learn more about all the requirements for AASECT Sex Therapist/Counselor Certification if you are unfamiliar with them. Our program meets the educational requirements towards the AASECT certification. 

The course is a 12 months for 150 CE hr. Certificate Program (September - August). The coursework is made up of 3 in-person weekend workshops and online web-based courses and webinars. Our program price includes the SAR (Sexual Attitude Reassessment) which is an AASECT certification requirement as well, which tends to be much more costly if purchased separately (average cost runs $500 or more).

In a nutshell, to become certified you need to complete the following:

-SAR (Sexual Attitude Reassessment)--a minimum of 10 hours--ours is 15 and part of our program cost

-150 hours of core knowledge and sex therapy courses--provided by our program

-50 hours of supervision (up to half can be group) with any AASECT approved CSTS in the country or world (supervision can be done virtually)--This is not part of the program cost although I do offer discounted packages for those who would like me to be their primary supervisor

• We are running a promo for our program (includes the SAR and 150 AASECT Approved CEUs) which is $3750 if paid in full before 4/1/19

• Pay in full after 4/1/19--10% off program cost (regular price=$5000), with a discount of $500
• Monthly payment options
• Trimester payment options
• Additional discounts for supervision if paid in full (20%)or by trimester (10%)

As far as the individual courses go, if the certification is not for you, you are welcome to sign up for individual courses on or website or even do a portion of the certification requirements al la carte.
