    FT position; salaried with benefits; some schedule flexibility.

    Overview:

    Based at main site office, with provision of off-site in-home therapeutic and community support services to multi-need children and families including assessment, treatment planning, coordination of services, monitoring, linking & referral, advocacy, support, education and crisis intervention including rotating on-call coverage and work as part of an intervention team. As applicable, follow (MST) model of treatment (training available for same). Meet productivity expectations, e.g. billable units. Record documentation of assessment, treatment planning, goal progress and discharge for client. Complete reports to referral sources or other involved organizations. Team staff meetings, supervision, travel, and training. Complete agency required documentation. Ability to maintain regular attendance and adherence to work schedule.

    Knowledge of basic clinical counseling skills, mental health and substance abuse diagnoses, general counseling techniques as applies to common diagnoses/problem situations, how to create and implement a treatment plan and other agency and various community resources. Specific abilities required are: capacity to collect clinical data and draw valid conclusions, identify service needs outside of one’s own expertise and to function as part of an organization in accordance with established policies and procedures. Complete IHBT/MST training and treatment requirements at in- or out-of-state locations, as applicable. Complete and maintain agency required training.

    Minimum Requirements:

    Bachelors degree in human services field with active Ohio LSW, (or RN), with two years experience with service population required.

    Preferred:

    Masters degree in field of mental health, such as social work, counseling, psychology, human/family services with minimum active Ohio LSW, PC, LISW, PCC, psychologist, or LICDC.

    Ability to communicate clearly and accurately both verbally and in writing with effective consultation and collaboration; assessment, planning, organization, interpersonal skills; ability to work well independently and on a team; travel; perform computer data entry required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word) preferred. Subject to criminal background, DMV, and drug screen clearance checks.

    Proof of valid driver’s license, excellent driving record, $100,000/$300,000/$100,000 vehicle insurance liability limits; vehicle in safe operating condition, and continued maintenance of all, as applicable.
