CAT 510W Calming the Mind: Mindfulness Practice and Asian Painting Techniques

In this experiential based workshop, participants will learn beginning level Chinese painting techniques. Meditative practice and mindfulness skills will be taught and used in selecting subject matter, preparing materials, and painting. Applications to clinical practice will be emphasized.
Dates: Friday, June 1 and Saturday, June 2, 2018, 9:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
$175.00 for 1 Graduate Credit not applied to a degree at Ursuline*
