OCA Award Nominations

Do you know a professional counselor who provides exceptional service as a clinician? Are you aware of a counselor educator who is an excellent mentor or extraordinary scholar? Do you know an individual who has distinguished service to the counseling profession? Do you know an individual who is innovative and has made a significant impact on the counseling profession? Are you aware of a counselor educator who has demonstrated extraordinary research through professional publication?

Consider nominating a colleague for one of the following OCA Awards: Charles “Chuck” Weaver, Dave Brooks, Herman J. Peters, Counselor of the Year, Research and Writing, & Public Policy and Legislation. The awards will be presented at the 2008 All Ohio Counselors Conference.

NOMINATION PROCEDURE: Please submit the OCA Award Nomination Form with a supporting statement of 250 words or less. Letters of support are also encouraged. Attach a current vita and/or brief biographical sketch of nominee. Nominee must be a current OCA member.
